HCA Houston Pearland recognized as a Modern Healthcare Best Place to Work
Modern Healthcare has picked HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland as one of 2023's Best Places to Work.
Pearland, Texas — HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland, ranked #15, has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This is the third year that the hospital has made the exclusive list.
The rankings were announced on September 28 in Chicago, to celebrate the 2023 award winners. Modern Healthcare partnered with the Workforce Research Group and with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey. While this program has evolved over the years, its mission remains the same: recognizing workplaces that empower employees to provide patients and customers the best possible care, products, and services.
As the healthcare industry continues to navigate ongoing challenges, the mission of the Best Places to Work program has only become more important. Healthcare leaders have proven that creating nurturing, supportive workplaces for their most valuable asset, their employees, is vital.
