Admissions

Our admissions area is located just beyond the main entrance to the hospital. You may be admitted between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please call (936) 539-7402 to begin pre-admission procedures. Our goal is to make the admission process as quick and easy as possible. It is essential that we have your current medical and financial information.

Parking

Complimentary valet parking is available at the main entrance and self-parking is available to patients and guests. Restricted spots are clearly marked throughout the parking lots. Security and volunteer shuttle drivers are available for assistance in getting to and from your vehicle when needed.

Patient and visitor meals

Patients will be offered an opportunity to make their meal selections each day at lunch for their following three meals. Your doctor will specify what type of diet you need and a room service associate will assist with menu choices, provide the approximate time for meal delivery and collect the menus to ensure accurate meals are delivered.

For guests, a cafeteria and a Quiznos sub sandwich restaurant are located on the first floor.

We also invite family and friends to join their loved ones for meals. Guest tray vouchers may be purchased for $6 from the cafeteria cashier or the first floor Diet Office during hours of operation. To order, guests should speak with the meal delivery associate, and the house meal will be sent with the next patient meal.

Interpreters

HCA Houston Conroe has a language line for those whose first language may not be English. Your nurse can assist you in obtaining the services of an interpreter, if needed.

Pastoral care

A chaplain is available during regular working hours to offer spiritual or emotional counseling in a compassionate manner to our patients and their families. Please call (936) 539-7040 or speak to the nursing unit to request a chaplain. Clergy always are welcome to visit with members of their congregation as well.

The chapel is located on the first floor next to the Atrium and offers a serene environment for meditation and prayer 24-hours a day.
