Ninety six percent of our stroke population either discharge home to some form of rehabilitation therapy. Examples include acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care hospitals.

Hemorrhagic Transformation rates for patients receiving the medication tPA are listed below by month. tPA or Alteplase is given to break up clots in the brain and restore its blood flow. Hemorrhagic transformation is a complication that we want to prevent.
