For over 70 years, the Women's Center at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball has delivered more than 20,000 babies while caring for women in north Houston, Magnolia and Tomball.

A designated Texas Ten Step hospital, we provide a full range of expertise from prenatal care to labor and delivery and postpartum and newborn care. Our Women's Center is equipped with experienced, highly-skilled obstetricians, board-certified neonatologists and specialized nurses dedicated to care for new moms and newborns.

Our team focuses on providing compassionate, dedicated care throughout pregnancy, during labor and after delivery. Maternal fetal medicine specialists and a high-risk obstetrics emergency room are available should complications arise during delivery.

Tomball childbirth and obstetrics services

Giving birth is a beautiful experience, and we want to help make your birthing experience comfortable and special. We offer spacious birthing and mother-baby units with sleeping accommodations for one family member.

We work hard to follow your birth plan, but if unexpected events occur, our 11-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is staffed with board-certified neonatologists 24/7 who are specially trained to care for ill or preterm babies. We fully support skin-to-skin contact within the first hour of life and rooming-in so your baby remains close both day and night for breastfeeding support and bonding. Lactation consultants are available to assist with the first feedings, support and care to both mom and baby.
