We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept MedicareMedicaidCivilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

Hospital information for patients

At HCA Houston Conroe, patients and visitors alike have access to a number of conveniences and services.

For those in need of registering for procedures or ancillary services, our admissions area is located just beyond the main entrance to the hospital. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Please call (936) 539-7402 to begin pre-admission procedures. Our goal is to make the admission process as quick and easy as possible. It is essential that we have your current medical and financial information.

ATM locations

An ATM is located near the cafeteria on the first floor of the hospital for your convenience.

Internet access

Free guest wireless internet connection is available throughout the hospital.

Interpretation services

We provide a language line for those whose first language may not be English. Your nurse can assist you in obtaining the services of an interpreter, as needed.

Mail

Mail addressed to patient rooms is delivered daily. If the hospital receives your mail after you are discharged, we will forward it to you.

Patient rooms

We offer spacious suites for the comfort of our patients. Patients may have one overnight guest stay in their room, if desired. All other visitors will be asked to leave at the end of visiting hours (9:00pm daily) in order to facilitate rest during the recovery process.

Pastoral services

A chaplain is available during regular working hours to offer spiritual or emotional counseling in a compassionate manner to our patients and their families. Please call (936) 539-7040 or speak to the nursing unit to request a chaplain. Clergy are always welcomed to visit with members of their congregation as well.

The chapel is located on the first floor next to the Hope Atrium and offers a serene environment for meditation and prayer 24-hours a day.

Courtesy telephones are provided in patient rooms.

Food and nutrition services

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital. Family and friends are welcomed to enjoy loved ones for meals. Guest tray vouchers may be purchased for $8 from the cafeteria cashier or the first floor Diet Office during hours of operation. To order, guests should speak with the meal delivery associate, and the house meal will be sent with the next patient meal. Cafeteria hours are:

  • Monday through Friday: Breakfast from 7:00am to 10:00am. Lunch/dinner from 11:00am to 7:30pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Breakfast from 7:00am to 9:30am. Lunch from 11:00am to 1:30pm.

Patient meals

Patients are given the opportunity to make their meal selections each day at lunch for their following three meals. Your doctor will specify what type of diet you need and a room service associate will assist with menu choices, provide the approximate time for meal delivery, and collect the menus to ensure accurate meals are delivered.

Quiznos

Quiznos is located on the first floor near the cafeteria and is open Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3:00pm. Made-to-order sandwiches, salads and soups available for purchase.

Starbucks

Starbucks is open daily from 5:00am to 9:00pm.

Vending

Vending machines for snacks and beverages are available 24/7 and are located in the cafeteria and waiting rooms.
