Hospital information for patients
For those in need of registering for procedures or ancillary services, patient registration is located near the North Tower entrance across from Starbucks. For more information, please call (281) 348-8863.
ATM locations
Internet access
Free guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital and Medical Office Building.
Mail addressed to patient rooms is delivered daily. If the hospital receives your mail after you are discharged, we will forward it to you.
Notary public
Please contact your nurse if you need notary services in relation to medical matters.
Patient rooms
We offer spacious suites for the comfort of our patients. Certain units, including Mother Baby and the Heart Hospital, have VIP rooms available for an additional fee. For more information, please call Registration at (281) 348-8863.
Pastoral services
Patients can request clergy visits from the nursing unit. Additionally, a chapel is located on the first floor near the North Tower Entrance.
Security services
Security officers patrol the hospital campus 24 hours a day. If you need assistance dial 00 for the operator and ask for Security.
Telephones
Courtesy telephones are provided in patient rooms.
Food and nutrition services
Cafeteria
Located on the first floor near the West Entrance, our cafeteria features a complete breakfast, lunch and dinner menu that includes hot and cold entrées, grab and go items, and snacks. Cafeteria hours are:
Monday through Friday- Breakfast: 7:00am to 10:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am to 2:00pm
- Hot Grill: 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Weekends and holidays
- Breakfast: 8:00am to 10:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am to 2:00pm
Patient meals
We make every effort to provide nutritious meals prepared according to your taste and physician's orders. Meal hours are:
- Breakfast: 6:30am to 8:30am
- Lunch: 11:00am to 2:30pm
- Dinner: 4:00pm to 6:30pm
If your diet allows, we offer snack options between meals; please talk to your nurse. If you are in contact isolation, please call ext. *88780 to place your meal selection.
Starbucks
A Starbucks is located on the first floor near the North Tower Entrance. Service is provided daily from 5:00am to 9:00pm.
Vending
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are located near the cafeteria at the West Entrance and are available 24 hours a day.

The BEE (Being Exceptional Every Day) Award recognizes those colleagues whose work to enhance our patients’ experience is indispensable. These providers – who may be patient care techs, surgical techs, mental health techs, monitor techs, unit secretaries or others – support our clinical providers to ensure each patient receives the highest levels of medical care.
