Online Registration

We know your time is valuable. That’s why we offer convenient online registration for services such as surgical procedures, mammograms, and diagnostic tests and treatments.

Participating insurance plans

We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

Advance care planning

Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.

We respect the dignity and pride of each individual we serve. We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities, and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances.

ATM location

An ATM is located on the first floor in the main lobby.

Internet access

Free wireless internet access is available to all patients and visitors.

Interpretation services

We offer free translation services, provided by qualified interpreters for our patients and visitors who do not speak English. Staff use “I speak” cards or posters to determine the preferred language of the patient or persons involved in their care.

Pastoral care

HCA Houston Pearland believes patient-focused care involves attention to the spiritual, as well as the physical and emotional needs of each patient. We can call clergy from any denomination or religious affiliation to meet your needs during your stay.

Security

To provide a safe and healthy environment for our patients and their visitors, HCA Houston Pearland has a zero-tolerance policy for violence. Security representatives are in the hospital 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is located in the main lobby of our hospital.

Monday through Friday:

Breakfast hours: 7:00am to 10:00am

Lunch hours: 11:00am to 2:00pm

Vending machines

Snack and beverage vending machines are located on the first floor in the emergency department lobby and in the surgery waiting room.

The BEE Award

The BEE (Being Exceptional Every Day Award recognizes those colleagues whose work to enhance our patients’ experience is indispensable. These providers – who may be patient care techs, surgical techs, mental health techs, monitor techs, unit secretaries or others – support our clinical providers to ensure each patient receives the highest levels of medical care.
