Visitor information

ATM locations

ATMs are located in the main lobby next to the elevators and in the lobby of the Heart Hospital.

Internet access

Free wireless network access is available for patients and guests.

Gifts for patients

Our gift shop, Lori’s Gifts, sells magazines, books, flowers, greeting cards, custom gift baskets and more. It is located near the main lobby area.

You can also shop online for the perfect gift, which will be delivered directly to the patient on the same day for free. Flowers, plants and balloons are not allowed in the intensive care unit (ICU). Gift shop hours are:

  • Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm

Parking

Ample self-parking is available for patients and their guests. Please do not park in reserved areas or otherwise restricted areas and be sure to lock your car.

We also offer free valet parking at the following entrances:

450 building
  • Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Main Tower
  • Monday through Friday: 6:00am to 6:00pm
ER
  • Monday through Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Heart Hospital
  • Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
Pastoral services

We are happy to call clergy from any denomination or religious affiliation to meet your needs during your stay. We have two chapels, one on the first floor of the main hospital and the other on the third floor of the Heart Hospital.

Visiting hours

We understand the important role family members and support people play in each patient's health journey. Visitors are encouraged to visit between 5:00am and 9:00pm.

Please call the hospital for information regarding the current visitor policy, including hours and COVID-19 patient visitation.

Please note visitation guidelines are subject to change.

Waiting areas

We have several waiting areas throughout the hospital where family members and/or guests can relax. Feel free to ask one of our colleagues to direct you to the nearest waiting area.

Food and nutrition services

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is located on the first floor, behind the lobby in the central tower. We offer a variety of hot entrees, fresh fruit, desserts, salad bar and grill. Cafeteria hours are:

Monday through Friday: 11:00am to 2:00pm

Heart Tower Bistro

Our bistro is open 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Starbucks

Starbucks is open from 5:00am to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Subway

Subway is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Vending machines

Vending machines for snacks and beverages are available 24 hours a day. They are located on the first floor near the cafeteria entrance, on the second floor of the Heart Hospital near the catheterization lab waiting area, and on the second floor in the surgery waiting area.
