Northwest recognized by Modern Healthcare as a Best Place to Work
Hospital has been awarded with this recognition three times in the last four years.
HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest has been ranked #29 among healthcare providers and insurers or suppliers in Modern Healthcare’s 2024 Best Places to Work award program. Modern Healthcare (MH) published a special supplement featuring the ranked list of all winners along with the October 14th issue of MH magazine.

Modern Healthcare partnered with the Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey. While this program has evolved over the years, its mission remains the same: recognizing workplaces that empower employees to provide patients and customers the best possible care, products and services.

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest was honored at the 2024 Best Places to Work Gala on Thursday, October 10. This is the third year the hospital has made the list. It was recognized in 2021 and again in 2023 and 2024.
