We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept MedicareMedicaidCivilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

ATM Locations

An ATM is located near the main lobby.

Internet access

Free guest Wi-Fi is available in patient rooms and throughout the hospital.

Interpretation services

HCA Houston North Cypress utilizes a telephonic language line which is available onsite 24/7 through your care team.

Mail

Mail addressed to patient rooms is delivered upon arrival. If the hospital receives your mail after you are discharged, we will forward it to you.

Patient rooms

We offer spacious, hotel-like accommodations for our patients. Rooms are private and include a private bathroom, flat-screen TV with cable, and complimentary wireless internet access.

Overnight guest visitation is allowed. We ask that this be limited to one immediate family member.

Pastoral services

We care about our patients' physical health as well as their spiritual well-being. Clergy members can help patients or family members cope with fears or concerns about hospitalization, as well as provide emotional and spiritual support. Clergy of all faiths are welcomed. For those in need of prayer or meditation, our chapel is located on the first floor near the lobby.

Our chapel and chaplains are available upon request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. HCA’s Chaplain App is available for free in the app store with code: 123245.

Courtesy telephones for patients and visitors are provided throughout the hospital.

Village pharmacy

North Cypress Village Pharmacy is located on the first floor of our hospital near the lobby. Services include curbside prescription deliveries, on-site and online refills, and expert advice. Dedicated pharmacy parking is available. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. To contact Village Pharmacy, call (832) 912-6210.

Food and nutrition services

Cafeteria

Located on the first floor, our cafeteria features a variety of entrees, including items from the grill, sandwiches, salads and beverages. Cafeteria hours are:

Monday through Friday

  • Breakfast: 7:00am to 9:00am
  • Lunch: 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • Dinner: Closed

Cypress Café

Located on the first-floor lobby, Cypress Café offers a selection of baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads and specialty coffee and tea beverages. Hours are:

  • Monday through Friday: 6:30am to 6:30pm
  • Saturday through Sunday: 7:00am to 6:30pm

Patient meals

We offer a variety of wholesome, nourishing and well-balanced meals that will meet your prescribed nutritional needs, as ordered by your physician. If you are on a modified or restricted diet, our room service associates will help you with your meal selection. Our dining-on-request or room service special-order meals are prepared and delivered to a patient’s room within 45 minutes. Guest trays are available for a nominal fee.

Vending

Vending machines for snacks and beverages are available 24/7 and are located in the cafeteria, ICU and emergency room.
