Online registration

Participating insurance plans

We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

Patient rights and responsibilities

We respect the dignity and pride of each individual we serve. We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities, and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances.

Internet access

Free guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital.

Interpretation services

We provide medical interpreters at no cost to persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, or limited English proficient. In the event that a qualified interpreter is not available in-person at our hospital, telephonic medical interpreters are also available.

Periodically, vital documents may be translated into different languages, including financial assistance applications and policies, consent forms, and discharge instructions. Your nurse can assist you in obtaining theses services, as needed.

Mail

Mail addressed to patient rooms is delivered upon arrival. If the hospital receives your mail after you are discharged, we will forward it to you.

Pastoral services

Available upon request. Please speak with your nurse to arrange services.

Patient rooms

We offer spacious and private suites. All rooms include a TV and telephone, access to wireless internet, and a hospital safe for storing valuables.

Telephones

Courtesy telephones for patients and visitors are provided in patient rooms as well as various locations throughout the hospital.

Food and nutrition services

Cafeteria

Our hospital cafeteria is open daily and located on the first floor of the main hospital building. Cafeteria hours are:

  • Breakfast: 6:30am to 10:00am
  • Lunch: 11:00am to 2:30pm
  • Dinner: 3:30pm to 7:00pm

Patient meals

Patient meals are diet specific and prepared by our culinary staff and registered dietitians. In addition, guest trays can be ordered within two hours of every meal.

Subway

Subway is located in the Women’s Atrium and is open daily from 10:00am to 9:00pm, excluding holidays.

Vending

Vending machines are located in the South Tower.

These providers – who may be patient care techs, surgical techs, mental health techs, monitor techs, unit secretaries or others – support our clinical providers to ensure each patient receives the highest levels of medical care.
