Treatments we provide
When you come to us for your care, we offer comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, outpatient surgery, sports medicine rehabilitation and nutritional care. Additionally, we specialize in treating and rehabilitating women's health issues, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, and work-related injuries.
Our center also provides advanced training equipment to get you off the sidelines, including anti-gravity treadmills and computerized strength and balance equipment. At our 7,000-square-foot main campus, we also offer an aquatic therapy pool equipped with an underwater treadmill.
Our full range of available sports medicine services includes:
- Aquatic rehabilitation – Our aquatic rehabilitation program helps to not only facilitate your recovery, but also ease pressure on your joints and muscles when you have weight-bearing or mobility restrictions. This program is only offered at our main campus.
- Concussion management – We proudly offer post-concussion rehabilitation, which includes the evaluation of your cervical/thoracic spine and your core/postural strength. Additionally, we assess your eye movements during reading and writing, as well as your ability to track objects. Our team of experts will also evaluate your balance, which is commonly impacted after a concussion.
- Physical therapy and rehabilitation – Following an evaluation, we create individualized treatment plans for your specific needs. This may include a combination of modalities and techniques, including functional training and progression. We also offer gait training, electrical stimulation, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques and thermotherapy.
- Return-to-sport therapy – From knee-function assessments for injured soccer players to throwing analyses for pitchers with elbow or shoulder injuries, we evaluate every aspect of your injury and help you safely return to the game.
- Spine treatment – We offer a comprehensive spine treatment program individually designed to decrease pain, improve motion and increase strength. Treatment options may include manual therapy techniques, aquatic therapy and both strengthening and range of motion exercises. We also provide educational tools on body mechanics and posture.
Our sports medicine and rehabilitation services are provided at the Sports Medicine Center and the Sports Medicine and Rehab Center.
