HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast strives to make patients and visitors time with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible by meeting needs and exceeding expectations. We provide valuable information about our people, services and policies.

Visiting a patient

For more information about our current visitor policy, please visit our Coronavirus Resource Center.

Free valet parking is available at the front entrance. Free parking for patients and visitors is available in designated areas. We ask that you please do not park in areas designated for physicians, as they need easy access for emergency reasons.

Waiting Areas

Specially designated lounge areas for visitors are in the main lobby. Specific waiting areas have been designated for families of patients in the Critical Care Units, the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, Day Surgery and General Surgery. For general sanitation and infection control reasons, visitors may not sleep on the floor in any hospital area, including waiting areas. Also, food is not permitted in the waiting areas, but visitors are invited to enjoy their meals in Perk’s Café located on the first floor, in the main cafeteria, and in the snack and vending room on the basement level.

Chaplain Program

We offer the services of the Lay Chaplain Ministry program, a volunteer organization of the southeast Harris County community that offers patients and their families a shoulder to lean on, someone to talk and pray with, and a message of hope during lengthy hospital stays. If you would like a Lay Chaplain to visit you, please ask your nurse for help. Our chapel is located on the first floor in the main lobby next to the gift shop.

MyHealthOne Patient Portal

MyHealthOne, HCA Houston Southeast’s Patient Portal, allows you to manage your healthcare anytime, anywhere. You now have 24/7 secure online access to find a doctor, make an appointment, view your personal health information and much more.
