The emergency department at HCA Houston Southeast treats a wide range of conditions, from abdominal pain and fevers, to motor vehicle accidents and heart attacks.

• Heart attack: As an accredited Chest Pain Center, we are dedicated to significantly reducing the mortality rate of patients who visit our emergency room with chest pain. Our board-certified emergency physicians and STEMI, cath lab, cardiology and surgical care teams are available 24/7.
• Stroke care: As a Primary Stroke Center, we have a dedicated team of stroke experts who specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients.
• Trauma care: As a designated Level III Trauma Center, we have 24-hour immediate coverage by board-certified general surgeons and we provide comprehensive care for every aspect of injury, from prevention through rehabilitation.

HCA Houston ER 24/7 in Southeast Houston

We have two HCA Houston ER 24/7 locations in the Fairmont Heights area and East Houston community. They are full-service emergency rooms that offer comprehensive emergency services for all types of acute injuries or illnesses 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

Many ER visits can be resolved without a hospital stay. However, if you do need inpatient care, the HCA Houston ER 24/7 team will facilitate your admission to the hospital of your choice. Direct admission by ambulance to a room at HCA Houston Southeast is quick and easy, with the same continuity of care you would experience in HCA Houston Southeast's emergency room.

While emergency rooms are designed to treat patients with critical conditions and life-threatening injuries, those experiencing minor injuries or illnesses may want to seek urgent care. HCA Houston is proud to be affiliated with CareNow®, our network of urgent care centers with 19 locations across the Houston area.
