HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast provides comprehensive diagnostic testing and imaging services to help our physicians and radiologists understand and treat each patient's medical condition.

Our imaging team of radiologists, radiologic technologist and other specialists have the qualifications and credentials to deliver expert, patient-centered care.

At HCA Houston Southeast, we are committed to providing the safest and highest quality care. We have received American College of Radiology accreditation in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine and ultrasound, which is the gold standard in medical imaging and helps assure our patients that we are providing the highest level of image quality and safety.

Southeast Houston imaging and laboratory services

HCA Houston Southeast has a wide array of imaging and testing capabilities, including:

• Breast imaging and testing, including 3D mammography, breast ultrasounds, bone density testing, stereotactic biopsy and breast MRI
• Heart imaging and testing, including echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, coronary angiography and exercise stress tests
• Computed tomography (CT) scans
• MRI
• Nuclear medicine
• Positron emission tomography (PET) scan
• Ultrasounds
• X-rays

We also have state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs for diagnostic testing and an electrophysiology (EP) lab where our cardiac electrophysiologists diagnose and treat cardiac problems involving electrical activity and arrhythmia. In the EP lab, our physicians use the latest high-tech equipment, including 3D mapping, to detect complex heart rhythm disorders, including:

• Atrial fibrillation and/or supraventricular tachycardia
• Atrial flutter
• Ventricular tachycardia
• AV nodal reentrant tachycardia
• Sudden cardiac arrest
