At HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast, we provide compassionate cancer care along with the convenience of receiving treatment closer to home and more time spent with family and friends.

Patient care is a team effort at HCA Houston Southeast. Our multidisciplinary team of oncology nurses, chemotherapy nurses, medical, surgical and radiation oncologists, oncology nurse navigators and oncology specialists collaborate to identify the best course of treatment for each individual patient.

We use advanced imaging technology to accurately diagnose, stage and treat cancer. Our magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine and ultrasound programs are accredited by the American College of Radiology, which helps assure our patients that our team is properly trained and adheres to patient safety protocols.

Southeast Houston oncology services

The surgical oncologists at HCA Houston Southeast use the most advanced techniques and technologies to surgically treat many types of cancer. We specialize in performing the following surgical procedures:

  • Breast surgery
    • Breast reconstruction surgery
  • Colorectal cancer surgery
  • Thoracic surgery

If radiation therapy or chemotherapy is recommended as a treatment for your cancer, we offer inpatient chemotherapy, and we have an onsite radiation center. Our radiation oncologists use state-of-the-art therapies and machines, such as intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and high-dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy, to deliver highly localized doses of radiation more precisely to a tumor.

We are a comprehensive breast center, and through Solis Mammography, a department of HCA Houston Southeast, we provide women with advanced breast screening and diagnostic services, including 3D mammography.

If you are seeking cancer treatment or need a second opinion about treatment options, we invite you to make an appointment with one of our radiation oncologists or medical oncologists.
