Medical complex care program

HCA Houston Specialty Hospital provides a medical complex care program for patients who require acute hospitalization for an extended period, with intensive specialized therapies and nursing care. This program takes advantage of our comprehensive care for wound care treatment for patients with:

  • Uncontrolled or complicated diabetes
  • Chronic infections that require long-term antibiotic therapies
  • Infectious diseases that cause ulcers
  • Chronic pain management
  • Patients who need post-surgical management
